Yes - After 6 months of safe, solo driving, drivers can apply to bring someone with them. The minimum age is 14 with some stipulations, ask your recruiter for a full breakdown of the rider policy.
This depends on how much you want to run and what you're looking for, but our team will work with you to find what works best. On average, drivers run 2200-2500 miles per week. We do have drivers that run 2500-3000 miles as well.
